To make such a huge event possible, support is needed to pull the strings in the background. All in all, there are over 2,500 helping hands on stages, at bars, during set-up, in the catering and in other areas to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you would like to work at Electric Love 2022, you can apply on the job board (https://www.revolutionevent.com/job/festival) and indicate your preferences. ELF employees will be provided with drinks and snacks during working hours and will receive a free festival pass this year. They will also be allowed to stay at either the Crew Camping or Basic Camping.
