You will receive your #ELF24 wristband directly at the entrance when you show your ticket. (it’s not possible to get it earlier)
If you have used Pre Top-Up, your amount will be automatically loaded onto your wristband by scanning your ticket.

At Electric Love Festival you can only pay with Cashless via your wristband.

– Folding poles for flags
– Flying objects (drones, balloons, sky lanterns etc.)

– Drinks and food you bring by yourself
– Laser pointers
– Loose cables, wires
– Music equipment
– Powder or coarse-grained materials
– Roller skates
– Slingshots
– Spray guns

– Bulky objects
– Power generators
– Car batteries
– Animals (except guide & assistance dogs)
– Dry ice
– Sugar / icing sugar
– Weapons (according to the Austrian Weapons Act) or other objects that can be used as weapons
– Objects with discriminatory or provocative text or expressions
– Any objects that endanger the health and safety of your fellow human beings.
– Any items that may be considered dangerous by the organizer. 

The following items, among others, are permitted:
– Make Up Mirrors
– Selfie sticks
– Reflex cameras and action cams

If you have a Single Day Ticket, the one way system applies.
You are only allowed to enter the stage area (infield) once. Please make sure that you have all necessary items with you when entering the festival area. (This is not the case with a festival pass).

Attention: This does not apply to tickets of the category CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge.

It is important for access to the Electric Love Festival that all festival passes, single day tickets and tickets for the warm-up party are personalised to the person attending the festival on site.
Our security staff at the entrance will be asked to check this. Please have your festival pass and photo ID ready at all times.
Camping and parking tickets are an exception and do not need to be personalised.

In case of problems with the personalisation, you can contact us at any time via info@electriclove.at or our staff at the ticketing helpdesk will help you on site.

The Electric Love Festival can be attended from the age of 16 without exception.

Attention: Admission to the CUPRA Platinum VIP Lodge only from the age of 18!

Security staff are required to check compliance. Admission under 16 years of age is not possible, not even with an adult accompanying person or a power of attorney from parents.

IDs will be checked at all camping or festival entrances, so always have your ticket and ID ready.
Official photo IDs such as identity cards, passports or driving licences are accepted.
Pupil IDs, student IDs and copies of IDs are not accepted.

You will find a variety of delicious food offerings throughout the Electric Love Festival.
Our food stands will provide you with a variety of dishes, from vegetarian and vegan to gluten-free and cool drinks.

How about our famous #ELF Kasnocken? ❤️

You will find the largest selection at our #ELF24 Food Corner in the Stage Area.

Food and drinks you bring yourself are not allowed in the stage area. However, the culinary variety is guaranteed to leave no wish unfulfilled.
Payment is only possible cashless with your #ELF24 wristband. 

At the campsite you will also find our 24/7 supermarket, which offers everything you need for your festival weekend around the clock.
Please note: You are of course allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the campsite! Please make sure not to use any glass containers, as glass is prohibited on the entire site.

Stay hydrated!

There are two tap water stations in the stage area. You will find one at the food corner and the second next to the hard dance valley.

There is the possibility to buy a Tap-Water bag, which can be refilled as often as you like. You are welcome to take this bag home with you.

If you still have a Tap-Water bag from previous #ELF editions, you are also welcome to reuse it.
But please note: The Tap Water bag must be empty at the entrance check!

Furthermore, you have the possibility to buy water at every bar.

Yes! As every year there will be a free shuttle from Salzburg main station to the festival area and back.
