The festival area around the Salzburgring is not barrier-free accessible, but we have made arrangements to offer visitors with disabilities a pleasant festival experience. We kindly ask visitors with disabilities to purchase tickets for the Electric Love Festival in our official ticket shop. Please note that our VIP areas are not barrier-free accessible.
Should you require an accompanying person due to limited mobility, we are happy to provide your accompanying person a ticket from the same category, and a parking ticket free of charge if the degree of disability is 50% or more.

Barrier-free access to the festival area is only possible through the CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking. In this case, the festival area can be reached with your festival pass and CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking. Please note this when ordering tickets for the accompanying person.
If you need barrier-free access to the festival area, you will receive a detailed overview of where you can pick up your ELF wristband by e-mail shortly before the festival begins. Admission will be handled by the service center staff, who will also be on hand to help you with any questions or problems.
The opening hours of the service centre are as followed:
Wednesday: 6 pm – 2 am
Thursday: 4 pm – 3 am
Friday: 4 pm – 3 am
Saturday: 4 pm – 3 am
Electric Love Festival is cashless. You can only pay with your ELF wristband, which you receive upon entering the festival grounds. You can top up your wristband with money in advance via our pre top-up option, or on-site at the top-up stations. For easier handling, people with limited mobility can get an RFID card in addition to the wristband at the service center at the stage area. This card replaces the chip in the wristband, making it easier for top-up and payments.
All sanitary stations on the festival site have their own toilets, some of which can be locked with the Eurokey. You can find the exact location on the festival map, which will be published before the event.
The volume at Electric Love Festival exceeds 93 dB and can therefore endanger your hearing. You can pick up free ear protection from our service center staff.
If you are in need of medication, please bring it in its original packaging and with a doctor’s note or a valid medical prescription. Please only take the amount required for the duration of your stay at Electric Love Festival.
At Electric Love Festival, you will receive medical assistance from our partner Red Cross as quickly as possible in case of emergency. You can find the exact locations on the festival map, which we will be published before the event. Our service center staff is also there to help.
If you have any questions or problems at Electric Love Festival, our service center staff will be happy to help. The service centre is located on the festival site near the food corner and is marked on the festival map. The opening hours of the service centre are adapted to the infield opening hours and are as follows:
