Terms & Conditions

The organizer of the giveaway is Electric Love GmbH & Co KG.

Participation

Participation in the giveaway is possible from the age of 18 for no fee. Multiple participations are not allowed. By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms their agreement with these conditions.

Duration

The giveaway takes place over three evenings from May 29 to June 1, 2024, for 45 minutes each. Participation must be in person at the following locations: Fischbach Dornbirn, Babenberger Passage / Vienna, Salzburg.

Method of Determining Winners

The winning number is the sum of the numbers obtained by spinning the wheel of fortune twice (e.g., 2 + 10 = 12). This winning number determines the prize or the loss. The determination of the winner thus takes place directly on-site.

Prizes

Prizes include festival passes for the Electric Love Festival 2024, “Money Can’t Buy” experiences such as an Artist Lounge Dinner, merchandise items, consumption credit for the Electric Love Festival 2024, free drinks & bottles in the participating club, and more. The exact list of prizes and the respective winning numbers will be announced on-site.

Winners of Electric Love 2024 tickets, consumption credits, and experience prizes must enter their data into a form on-site. After entering the data, the ticket prizes will be sent as soon as possible.

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prize is non-transferable and resale is not permitted. For prizes such as consumption credits or “Money Can’t Buy” experiences, the winner must possess a ticket for the Electric Love Festival 2024. Tickets are not included in the prize unless otherwise specified.

Tickets for the Electric Love Festival 2024 must be personalized, which is the responsibility of the winners. Unredeemed prizes expire and cannot be replaced.

Data Protection

By participating, the participant agrees that their data may be shared with third parties for the purpose of publication. Consent for publication can be withdrawn at any time.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant expressly agrees that the organizer may store the necessary data, such as first name, last name, and email address, for the duration of the giveaway and beyond. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be made accessible to third parties.

The participant has the right at any time to obtain information about the stored data, correct it, and delete it. Contact can be made at any time via info@electriclove.com.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to interrupt or terminate the giveaway or the draw in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular if circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent the planned course of the giveaway or the draw, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors, or other technical reasons that bring about more than minor impairments.

This also applies if the execution is not just insignificantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the case of manipulations or attempts at manipulation that affect the administration, security, integrity, and/or proper and orderly execution of the giveaway. If an interruption or termination is due to the behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to demand compensation from that participant for the resulting damage.

Method of Determining Winners

Participants must post a photo of the bus on their Instagram channel, tagging Electric Love Festival (@electricloveaut). This can be in the form of an Instagram post, or an Instagram story. The most creative posts will win. Social media profiles must be public to participate in the giveaway.

The winners will be notified by us via Instagram message. If the winner does not respond within 21 days, the prize will be forfeited.

Prizes

The prize are festival passes for the Electric Love Festival 2024. Extras such as parking tickets, camping, and the like are not included.
