The festival grounds around the Salzburgring are not fully accessible — but we do everything we can to ensure that Electric Lovers with disabilities have a comfortable and smooth festival experience.

If you require a companion due to limited mobility, we provide a free ticket of the same category as well as a parking ticket of your choice for your companion starting from a disability degree of 50%. You can request this here. Please have a copy of your disability ID ready and upload it in the form.

Barrier-free access, including entry to the festival grounds, is only possible via our CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge parking. In this case, the festival grounds can be reached with the combination of a festival pass and CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge parking. Please keep this in mind when ordering tickets for your companion.

If you require accessible entry to the festival grounds, you will receive a detailed overview by email shortly before the festival, explaining where you can pick up your ELF wristband.

Entry is managed through our Service Center, where our team is happy to assist you with any questions or issues.

At the Electric Love Mainstage, a wheelchair platform with a glass front is set up. This way, you can be part of the action and enjoy Electric Love without any visual obstruction.

For controlled access, please have your disability ID ready on site to show to our security staff if needed.

You can find the exact location of the wheelchair platform on our festival map, which will be published before the event.

Throughout the Electric Love Festival, you pay cashless with your ELF wristband, which you receive when entering the festival grounds. You can load money onto your wristband in advance via Pre Top-Up or on-site at our Top-Up stations.

To make things easier for people with limited mobility, an RFID card can be obtained at the Service Center Infield in addition to the wristband. This card replaces the chip in the ELF wristband, making Top-Up and payments more convenient.

At all restroom stations throughout the festival grounds, there are dedicated accessible toilets available, some of which can be locked using a Eurokey. You can find the exact locations on our festival map, which will be published shortly before the event.

The noise level at Electric Love Festival exceeds 93 dB and may pose a risk to your hearing. You can get free hearing protection from our Service Center staff.

If you require medication, please carry it in its original packaging along with a medical certificate or a valid prescription. Only bring the amount needed for the duration of your stay at Electric Love Festival.

In case of an emergency, you will receive medical assistance as quickly as possible from our partner, the Red Cross. Exact locations can be found on our festival map, and our staff at the Service Center are also available to assist you.
