Since Bausa released his Top-10 debut album “Dreifarbenhaus” in 2017, he has virtually steamrolled the German hip-hop landscape. His 2018 diamond-certified mega-single “Was du Liebe nennst” – the first German rap track ever to achieve this – catapulted the rapper from Bietigheim-Bissingen onto the international stage, underscored by his impressive collaboration with US mega-producer Diplo for the track “Bauı Coupé.” Whether he’s casually entering the German charts with a mixtape like “Powerbausa,” elevating other songs to gold status with features like “Casanova” by Summer Cem (both in 2018), or playing completely sold-out tours – everything Bausa touches has the magic touch.

The entire album “Fieber” is a work that will secure Bausa’s place in the German music landscape for years to come. It leaves the genre boundaries of hip-hop far behind and shows an artist who simply does what he feels like doing. And he does it extremely well. Besides writing, rapping, and singing, Bausa contributes to nearly all tracks in various other roles, sometimes as a composer, sometimes as a producer, sometimes as a programmer – sometimes all at once. Other producers on the album include The Cratez, Jugglerz, reezy, Juh-Dee, iLLthinker, Daniel Grossmann, and Matthias Mania.
