To help you feel as safe and comfortable as possible at Electric Love Festival, we’ve put together some important safety and awareness guidelines for you.
We want to do our utmost to prevent (sexualized) violence, discrimination (based on gender identity, social background, sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, disability, age), and any form of crossing personal boundaries.
Most importantly, look out for one another, be kind to each other, and contribute to a safe and respectful atmosphere by keeping the following in mind:
Respect the personal boundaries of others.
If you see or hear someone who needs help or support, don’t look away — take action and get help.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of racism, sexism, ableism, antisemitism, and queerphobia.
Let’s work together to make Electric Love Festival an even safer space for everyone!
If there’s anything you feel is missing, or if you have ideas or feedback, feel free to send us a message on Instagram or an email at info@electriclove.at — we’d love to hear from you. Awareness is a continuous learning process that we want to keep engaging with!
LOVE RESONATES 🩷
“You talk, we listen” is the motto of our Mindful Crew. If you ever find yourself in a difficult situation, feel uncomfortable, or simply need someone to talk to, our festival chaplains are here for you!
You can approach them anytime and let them know what’s on your mind. They can take you to a quiet, safe space away from the crowd and help you cope with the situation.
You’ll find the Mindful Crew at the campsite and in the infield — look for the green high-visibility vests!
Of course, you can also ask for festival chaplain support at any bar, the Service Center, or the Ticketing Helpdesk — our team can calmly and discreetly guide you out of the situation if needed.

Electric Love is more than just music and community — it also means looking out for one another. Together, we can make sure everyone feels safe, respected, and free.
Here’s how you can help:
Be mindful — not only of yourself, but also of those around you. Pay attention. Check in. Listen.
Step in if you see something. Be a supportive person — not a silent bystander.
Know your go-to spots: the Mindful Crew, First Aid, Tap Water Bars — you’ll find them all on our festival map in the ELF App.
Respect identities, cultures, and personal boundaries.
Celebrate responsibly. Take care of yourself. And your surroundings.
When we look out for one another, music becomes a true shared experience.
Love Resonates — through respect and togetherness.
A festival is a special place — loud, colorful, and intense. To help you enjoy every moment, take care of yourself and those around you.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat regularly. Energy is important to help you stay fit throughout the day.
Take breaks — give yourself time to rest and recharge your body and mind.
If you drink alcohol, do it mindfully. You decide what feels good for you. Drink at your own pace, know your limits — and use our shuttle service to get home safely.
Keep the important spots in mind:
Red Cross: for any physical concerns
Mindful Crew: for mental support or if you simply need someone to talk to
Service Center: for general questions
Tap Water Bar: Get your Tap Water Bag and refill it for free on the festival grounds!
It’s okay to not feel okay, even in a place full of joy.
You’re not alone. You talk, we listen!
If you get injured, there are plenty of paramedics on site.
In an emergency situation:
Ambulance: 144
Fire Department: 122
Police: 133
European Emergency Number: 112
Since our festival area is very large, every building has a designated house number — just give this number to the emergency responders or festival guards so they can find you faster and provide help more efficiently. You can find the exact locations in the ELF App.
What to do in case of a severe weather warning?
If a storm or thunderstorm occurs, please seek shelter inside your car and stay inside until the weather passes. Help each other out and offer a ride to fellow Electric Lovers if you have space in your car. You can signal this by turning on your car’s hazard lights.
To make sure your Electric Love experience is unforgettable, smooth and most importantly safe, please leave these items at home.
