VOTING

Once the application phase ends, the ELF Grand Jury—made up of music experts—reviews all submissions and carefully selects the Top 10 finalists. These finalists will be notified, and their videos will be uploaded to YouTube and Instagram.

Then it’s your turn: promote yourself and motivate your friends, family, and fans to vote for you.

The final decision is made up of:
