Red Cross: Here for You in Every Situation
Festival season is just around the corner – the perfect time to refresh our first aid knowledge. To help you enjoy #ELF25 to the fullest, we teamed up with the Red Cross to share a few simple but important tips. 🥳
These small steps can make a big difference and help keep your festival experience fun and safe:
Protect yourself:
Always apply sunscreen and wear a hat or something to cover your head – it helps prevent sunburn and heatstroke. Weather can change quickly, so pack a hoodie or light jacket just in case.
Also, make sure to wear sturdy shoes – the festival grounds can be slippery or uneven in places.
Take breaks:
Dancing, partying, and having fun with friends can be exhausting. Take time to rest, recharge, and drink plenty of water! 🧊 (Free drinking water is available in the Infield)
Emergency numbers to remember:
144 – Red Cross
133 – Police
122 – Fire Department
112 – European emergency number
In case of emergency:
Stay calm, move the person to a shady area if it’s hot, call emergency services, and stay with them until help arrives. Want a quick refresher? Check out basic first aid info here.
Our Festival Guards and the Red Cross team are always nearby and ready to help you in any situation. 🫶
Let’s make the festival not only unforgettable – but safe for everyone! ✨
