Terms and Conditions

The organizer of the giveaway is Electric Love GmbH & Co KG.

Participation

Participation is free when purchasing a ticket for Electric Love Festival 2025 in the Limited Loyalty phase and open to individuals of age 16 and above. By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms their agreement with these conditions.

To participate, it is required that all personal information provided is truthful. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the terms and conditions, registration via a provider whose business purpose includes the manipulation of giveaways, or other unauthorized influence on the giveaway. In such cases, winnings can be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

Electric Love 2025 Limited Loyalty Pre-Sale Giveaway runs from July 11, 2024 6pm CEST until all Limited Loyalty ticket categories are sold out. Everyone who purchases a Electric Love 2025 Limited Loyalty ticket of any category automatically enters the giveaway. 

Duration

Participation in the giveaway is possible until the Limited Loyalty ticket categories are sold out.

Participation

Everyone who purchases one or more tickets for Electric Love Festival 2025 in the Limited Loyalty pre-sale phase enters the giveaway. The tickets are limited to 5.000 pieces. Once that threshold has been reached, the giveaway closes.

Winner Selection Method

Winners will be selected randomly among everyone who purchased a ticket. The winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.

Cash redemption is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. The resale of the prize is not permitted.

Data Protection

By participating, the participant agrees that their data may be passed on to third parties for publication purposes. Consent for publication can be revoked at any time.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant expressly agrees that the organizer may store the necessary data, such as first name, last name, and email address, for the duration of the giveaway and beyond. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be made accessible to third parties.

The participant has the right to request information about their stored data, its correction, and deletion at any time. This can be requested via info@electriclove.com.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to interrupt or terminate the giveaway or the draw in whole or in part for an important reason without prior notice. This applies in particular if circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the giveaway or the draw, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, errors in the software and/or hardware, or other technical reasons that significantly affect the process.

This also applies if the execution is impaired or excluded due to legal reasons or in the event of manipulations or attempts at manipulation that affect the administration, security, integrity, and/or regular and proper conduct of the draw. If an interruption or termination is based on the behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to claim compensation for the damage caused by this participant.
