The Electric Love Festival is a place to celebrate. To help you feel even safer with us, the festival grounds are now a SafeNow Zone.
With the free SafeNow app, you can quickly and discreetly get help at the festival.

How does the SafeNow app work?

In an emergency, you simply send an alarm via the app at the push of a button. Our Safety & Awareness Team is notified immediately, receives your location, and will be with you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can also alert only selected people in private groups.

Here are some situations in which the app can provide valuable help:

• In cases of distress, harassment, or discomfort
• Support in medical emergencies for you and others
• If you witness disputes that you cannot or do not want to intervene in yourself

You can also use SafeNow outside of Electric Love as your own alert system with family and friends. Unlike a call or a message, the app plays a loud sound that also overrides “Do Not Disturb” and silent mode.
