Guest list tickets remain active automatically. For this reason you don't have to do anything with your ticket. You will receive a new ticket until the ELF22 pre-sale. In addition, you will also receive a loyalty code for the Electric Love Boutique Edition via mail on May 27.

We have changed the return system to Paylogic, so only the whole order can be processed. This makes the process a little easier and speeds up the return transfer.

Yes, the tickets can be repersonalized (ticket transfer). In order to personalize your #ELF21 tickets to someone else who wants to attend #ELF22 with them, a ticket exchange must be made. Once the tickets have been exchanged for #ELF22 tickets and you have received the new #ELF22 tickets by mail, you can use the ticket transfer to repersonalize the ticket. If you are not able to attend the Electric Love Festival, but you have already personalized your ticket or you made a mistake in personalization, you can re-personalize your ticket via Ticket Transfer. In this case you will have to pay a fee of €19,- per ticket. Re-personalization is also possible on site at the Ticketing Help Desk upon presentation of a valid photo ID and the power of attorney of the original purchaser. Please note that the fee for on-site personalization is € 30,- per ticket. There is no deadline for repersonalization.

#ELF Boutique Edition

Why not! Of course, there is unfortunately a realistic chance that the Electric Love Boutique Edition will also have to be canceled. However, we see ourselves as enablers, our glass is half full with cool Heineken and we face the prevailing challenges. We want to responsibly enable Electric Love Feeling also this summer and never have to reproach ourselves that something might have been possible, but we did not try!

The Electric Love Festival works with a decentralized testing concept. A negative test result must be presented at the entrance. (Antigen rapid test not older than 24h, PCR test not older than 72h).

Find out where there is a testing station in your immediate vicinity. Many of these test stations are operated by the Red Cross free of charge. If there is a reasonable suspicion of infection with the SARS-Cov-2 virus, the cost of testing is covered by the government.

The Electric Love Festival will follow the guidelines of the government, which are necessary at the time of the event. (Status May 2021). 
 

If you have swapped your ELF21 ticket into an ELF22 ticket, you have already received your loyalty code by email today (27 May).

No. There is no deadline until the event. Each ticket (Festival Ticket) must be personalized to the respective festival visitor. After the personalization the tickets are ready for download. If you are still unsure who will use the tickets, wait with the personalization to avoid unnecessary effort and costs. A re-personalization is possible at any time, but costs 9 €. 

In case you already personalized your ticket but are not able to visit the Electric Love Festival or you made a mistake with the personalization, you can re-personalize your ticket by using Ticket Transfer. In this case a fee of € 9.50,- per ticket will be charged. A re-personalization is also possible on site at the Ticketing Help Desk by bringing a valid ID and an authorisation of the original owner. Please note that the fee for personalization on site is € 15,- per ticket. There is no deadline for the re-personalization.

In case the Electric Love Boutique Edition has to be cancelled as well, you will get the ticket price (excl. service fees) refunded.

In that case we offer you a ticket insurance, which you can easily take out when buying your Boutique Edition tickets for 6.5% of the ticket price.

One thing is guaranteed, you will never see Electric Love headliners in such a familiar and intimate atmosphere again.

There is a legal obligation to report positive antigen test results and an additional PCR test (as of January 2021) must be performed. If this test is negative, you can start your journey and enter the area within 48 hours. If the PCR test is also positive, travel/participation is prohibited. But don't worry, if you bought a ticket insurance with your festival ticket, you can claim your money back with the official test result at the ticket insurance Booking Protect. An antibody test is for personal information only. Persons with a positive antibody test must nevertheless present a negative test according to the current status (as of April 2021)

Very good - the perfect protection for yourself. People who have already been vaccinated still have to show a negative test because (as of April 2021) it is not yet known whether an infection of others is still possible.

No. If there is no legal requirement, there will be no additional vaccination or mask requirement within the site. Of course, we recommend that you wear an MNS to protect yourself and others. Tip: Even before the pandemic, many incorporated an MNS into their festival outfits.

Your locker must be emptied at the end of each day. Purchasing a locker over several event days does not guarantee that the same locker will be available every day.

Official sale will start in summer 2021.

If a ticket category has reached its limit, it will enter the "clearing phase" before it is completely sold out. This is because we offer a variety of payment options where tickets are blocked until they are finally paid for. If the tickets are not paid on time, they will be released at a certain time and return to the shop - this is the process of clearing.
Then it's time to be fast because first come, first serve. If a category is eventually set to SOLD OUT, it is no longer available. For the sake of simplicity, we combine categories to put them back into the ticket shop on a certain date. Follow our socials to be up to date and informed about clearings!

Electric Love Festival Tickets require personalization. Camping Tickets & Parking Tickets are an exception.

Official ticket shop: As soon as the payment has been received, an E-mail with the link for personalization will be sent to the customer. Each ticket (Festival Ticket) must be personalized to the respective festival visitor. After the personalization the tickets are ready for download.

Ö-Ticket: To gain access to the event, tickets purchased via Ö-Ticket (Festival Ticket) must be linked to a personal account at eventportal.electriclove.at.

There is no deadline for the personalization.

If you buy tickets through our official ticket shop and also take out a ticket insurance through Paylogic / SeeTickets and you cannot attend the event e.g. due to an accident or illness, the ticket price will be refunded. If you resell your ticket via our official resale platform, the right to the ticket insurance is lost and will not be refunded. The insurance agreement can also not be resold to third parties.
