The Electric Love Festival can be attended from the age of 16 without exception. Entry for anyone under 16 is not allowed, even if accompanied by an adult or with parental authorization.
Only official photo IDs are accepted, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license. Electronic IDs, like ID Austria (digital identity with photo), are also recognized.
Student IDs, school IDs, and copies of IDs are not accepted.
Security staff are instructed to enforce these rules. IDs and tickets will be checked at all camping and festival entrances, so it is important that your festival ticket is correctly personalized.
Note: Access to the CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge is only permitted from 18 years of age.
No for safety reasons, overnight stays in the parking lot are not allowed.
The parking lot will be monitored until the end of the event.

Personalization
All personal tickets (such as Festival Passes, Warm-Up Tickets, Single Day Tickets, etc.) must be personalized with the name of the person who will use them. But don’t worry – personalization doesn’t need to be done right after purchase!

If you have a single day ticket, it is a one-way ticket – you are only allowed to enter the infield once.
A festival pass and tickets for the CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge category are re-entry tickets – you can leave and re-enter the festival grounds as many times as you like!
Electric Love is Austria’s largest electronic music festival and takes place every July at the Salzburgring in the stunning Fuschlsee region, near Salzburg. Over four days, around 200 international and local artists from EDM, Hard Dance, (Hard) Techno, Bass Music, and Hip-Hop perform across seven stages – the perfect place to forget everyday life and celebrate with friends.
There are three different camping areas directly on site. Since 2025, the ELF Hotel H+ has also been available, where you can meet like-minded people and enjoy a restful sleep.
In addition, there are various VIP areas and exclusive experiences on the festival grounds.

You have two different options to resell your already purchased ticket.
You can offer your tickets for sale through our official resale platform.
In the ticket shop under “Orders,” you will find an overview with the option to resell your ticket or change the personalization.
Simply log in with the credentials used for the purchase and upon a successful sale, the proceeds will be credited directly to the original payment method used for the order.
You can also offer your tickets through our official resale partner, TicketSwap. Here, you can also resell discounted tickets.
Simply visit the website, select “Sell tickets,” and follow the steps. To list your ticket for sale on TicketSwap, you first need to personalize it and download it as a PDF. This won’t cause any disadvantages or additional costs for you.
One of our payment options is bank transfer. If the transfer is not received within the deadline, these tickets are released back into the ticket shop. If this happens for a sold-out category, there is a clearing phase – the last chance to get tickets before the category is completely sold out.
If a category is sold out, all tickets – including those in the clearing phase – are no longer available.
If a category is sold out, you can try your luck on our official resale platform or through our official partner TicketSwap.

Here’s how it works:

Only when purchasing through the official resale platform or via TicketSwap will the original ticket be invalidated and you will receive a new ticket with a new barcode.
All person tickets must be personalized correctly.
This means that those tickets will be checked together with your ID when you enter the festival.
Person tickets are:
- Single Day Ticket (Regular & CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge)
- Festival Pass (Regular & VIP)
- Warm-Up Party Tickets
Camping and parking tickets do not require correct personalization. The name of the main purchaser is automatically printed on the tickets. The name on the ticket is not relevant for entry.
As soon as payment has been received via our ticket store, an e-mail with the link for personalization will be sent to the purchaser.
The personalization is then carried out by the festival visitor himself and the ticket is finally available for download.
It is also possible to view the orders at any time by logging in to the ticket shop again with the access data used to place the order. In this portal, under “Orders”, you can personalize, re-personalize or resell tickets via our official resale platform at any time.

No, everything should be personalised at the admission control. Otherwise there is no deadline.
If you are still unsure who will be using the tickets, wait with the personalisation, so you avoid unnecessary effort and costs.
If you have already personalized your ticket but can no longer use it or made a mistake during personalization, you can update your ticket’s personalization at any time.
Simply log back into the ticket shop using the credentials you used for your order. Under the “Orders” section, you’ll see an overview of your valid purchases. Click on “More” (three dots) next to the relevant ticket to start the re-personalization process.
Please note: A processing fee of €12 applies for each ticket.
Re-personalization is also possible on-site at the Ticketing Help Desk by presenting a valid photo ID and an authorization letter from the original purchaser.
However, please be aware that the on-site re-personalization fee is €30 per ticket.
At the Electric Love Festival you only pay cashless with the ELF Wristband!
You will receive your ELF Wristband upon entry to the festival site as soon as you present your ticket(s).
You can then easily top up your ELF Wristband with your desired amount in cash, by debit or credit card at our top-up parking spaces or online. If you have used the Pre Top-Up, the amount will be automatically loaded onto your wristband when you enter the Festival site by scanning your ELF ticket.
You can withdraw your Electric Love 2025 cashless balance through the event portal.
Log in or create an account, add the chip number from your wristband, view your payment overview, and start the withdrawal of your remaining balance. You can choose to either donate the amount to Electric Love projects such as Music Camp or Mindful Crew, or have the balance transferred to your bank account.
No, Camping and parking tickets do not require correct personalisation. The name on these tickets is not relevant for entry.

There are plenty of parking spaces on site. Remember that every vehicle needs a parking ticket.
There is a 24h supermarket right on the campsite!
There you’ll find everything you need for your festival weekend: from ice-cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a walk-in fridge, to spirits with a glass refill station, snacks, fresh fruit, oven-fresh baked goods, and ice cream, as well as grill meats, meat alternatives, and camping essentials.
Bringing your own food and drinks to the campsite is allowed; however, glass containers are prohibited throughout the entire festival grounds.
Out of love for the environment, waste should be disposed of properly. Please help us!
All camping visitors initially pay a €10 waste deposit when purchasing their ticket. The deposit will be refunded to your wristband once a full trash bag is returned to the collection points upon departure.
Tickets for our camping areas are required per person (not per tent or car).
Exception: Comfort Camping
You can only access our camping areas by showing a valid festival pass in combination with a valid camping ticket.
If you have a Basic Camping Ticket, you can visit your friends at the Caravan Camping and the other way round.
However, you can only stay overnight at the campsite you have booked.
But you are not allowed to visit the Comfort Camping Village, cause you only have access with a valid Comfort Camping ticket!
We ask for understanding, that it is not permitted to visit friends at the campsite without a valid camping ticket.
Yes, of course! But please only use these plugs for blow-drying hair, straightening or similar.
There are other options for charging mobile devices!
– No liability is accepted for theft or vandalism of any kind!
– The organiser accepts no liability for items taken to the campsite and left there.
– The organiser shall only be liable for damage of any kind suffered by visitors to the campsite if the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the organiser or its representatives or authorised agents. Therefore, the organiser is not liable for personal injury or damage to property.
– The organiser accepts no liability for prohibited items confiscated by security personnel.
– After the end of the event or after the campsite has been closed, the organiser accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with visitors who are still at the campsite or who re-enter the campsite after it has been closed
The camping areas are open from Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM until Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
The camping areas are equipped with showers and flush toilets. Additional portable toilets are also available. The locations of the sanitation camps can be found on the site map, which will be published well in advance of the festival.
There are plenty of opportunities to take a warm shower every day.
Use of all sanitary facilities on the camping and festival grounds is free of charge.

There is no power supply at Basic Camping. However, with our power station, you can bring a power source directly to your tent! You can find more information in our ticket shop.
What does the Travelbox Powerstation include?

+ Battery empty? Exchange it free of charge for a full power station directly at the Plug-in stand.
Attention: Not compatible for devices with more than 500 Watt continuous power (hairdryer, kettle etc.).
– Access to the camping area only with valid Camping Ticket + Festival Ticket.
– Camping is only allowed in the designated areas
– No vehicles are allowed on the camping site
– An area of 5m² is available per person. If there are two of you, you have 10m² at your disposal, etc.
– Camping and pitching tents on the car park is prohibited.
– Party tents (pavilions) (max. 3x3m) are allowed in all camping areas until further notice.
– The instructions of staff and security personnel must be followed without exception.
– Marked paths must be kept clear at all times
– The digging of holes is prohibited.
– It is forbidden to burn or light campfires in the camping areas (Caravan, Basic Camping, Comfort Camping)
– Cooking and grilling with gas or charcoal is prohibited in the park and camping areas, especially in visitor tents
– The camping rules apply from the beginning of the set-up times for Electric Love, can be changed by the organiser at any time and end with the end of the dismantling after the Electric Love Festival.
– The security service has the right of domicile
– Failure to comply with these camping rules may result in a ban from the site and the loss of the right to enter Electric Love.
In 2026, we are introducing a brand-new camping area: the Pre-Pitched Area. Here, tents are already set up and ready for you, so you can arrive at easy without having to carry heavy gear.
The area is located in a separate section of Basic Camping – close to the Supermarket, Marketplace, Activity Area, toilets, and showers. You can choose tents for 2, 4, or 6 people. Best of all, the surcharge compared to regular Basic Camping is low. You can find more information here.
If you want to upgrade your Basic Camping Ticket to the Pre-Pitched Area, you can easily do so in the ticketshop.

At Basic Camping, you are allowed to bring pavilions/gazebos up to a size of 3×3 meters.
The reception of the Pre-Pitched Area is open at the following times:

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Arrival in the Pre-Pitched Area is not possible outside of these opening hours.
– Only vehicles with a maximum permitted total weight of up to 3.5 tons (including trailers) are allowed on the Caravan Camping site.
– The combined length of the vehicle and caravan must not exceed 8 meters and the width must not exceed 3 meters. If this size is exceeded, an additional Caravan Vehicle Ticket is required.
– Any type of vehicle is allowed within these limits, as long as sleeping inside the vehicle is possible.
– One Caravan Vehicle Ticket is required per caravan.
– Each person staying at Caravan Camping must have a Caravan Camping Ticket (only valid in combination with a Festival Ticket).
– Per Caravan Vehicle Ticket, one awning or pavilion (maximum 6x3m) is allowed next to the vehicle. Sleeping in awnings or pavilions is not permitted (exceptions apply to roof tents).
– Personal tents are not allowed.
– Only on the Caravan Camping site are built-in power generators up to 5kW permitted inside the vehicle (this does not apply to other camping categories).
– Separate/mobile generators are not allowed.
– Generators must be adequately ventilated, and exhaust gases must be safely discharged to avoid fire hazards.
– Built-in gas systems may be used if a valid gas certificate (not older than 2 years) is available.
– Campfires and open flames are strictly prohibited.
– In the event of very dry weather or other potential risks, the organizer may prohibit the use of generators due to fire hazard.
– Security staff is authorized to inspect caravans upon entry and throughout the festival, even if the vehicles are already parked on the Caravan Camping site.
– The house rules apply to the entire Caravan Camping area.
Caravan Camping is the only area on the site where built-in generators up to 5kW and built-in gas cookers are allowed.
Therefore, no electricity supply is offered at the Caravan Camping.
For safety reasons it is not permitted to sleep in tents and/or awnings at Caravan Camping.
Friends from Basic Camping and Caravan Camping can visit each other! However, overnight stays are only possible on the campsite you have booked!
We kindly ask for your understanding that visiting friends in the camping areas is not permitted without a valid camping ticket.
Our Comfort Camping Village is a dedicated camping area with many convenient advantages to make your camping experience as pleasant as possible. In total, there are 6 different categories of how you can spend your relaxing nights after partying all day. You can find more information in our ticket shop.

Yes, a ticket for the Comfort Camping car park is included in your order for one of our Comfort Camping categories.
If you have ordered all the tickets for your group and your name is on all the camping tickets, this is not a problem. Comfort Camping tickets are not personalised, only the barcode on the tickets counts.
However, please make sure that all festival passes are personalised to the respective guests!
It depends on which Comfort Camping category you’ve chosen – detailed information is available in the ticket shop.
With a Power Station, you can rent your own power source! You’ll also find all the details about this in our ticket shop.
At the Comfort Camping reception, you’ll have the option to charge your mobile device.
If you’re staying at Comfort Camping as a group, please make sure that everyone in your group has all the required tickets for access to the Comfort Camping area.
The main buyer can access all tickets at any time by logging into the ticket shop.
If you’d like your Comfort Camping accommodation to be located near your friends, please speak to the staff at the Comfort Camping reception upon arrival. They will do their best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
If you’re arriving by car, please follow the official traffic guidance system.
There is sufficient parking available on the festival grounds. Each car requires a Parking Ticket, which can be purchased in the ticket shop.
Kiss & Go: At the designated Kiss & Go stations, drop-off and pick-up are allowed – parking is not permitted here.
Parking CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge: Access is only permitted with a valid CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking Ticket. If you’re arriving by taxi or private transfer, you must present your CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Ticket at the checkpoint.
Our free ELF Shuttle runs every 20 minutes between Salzburg Main Station and the festival grounds – and back
With the ÖBB Railjet, you can travel from Vienna, St. Pölten, or Linz to Salzburg every hour. From Innsbruck, there is also one train per hour to Salzburg. From Graz or Klagenfurt, there is a EuroCity or InterCity connection every 2 hours. Numerous train connections are also available from Germany (e.g., Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt) to Salzburg.
From Salzburg Main Station, you can use the free Electric Love Shuttle Bus directly to the festival grounds and back.

With a disability degree of at least 50%, we will provide your accompanying person, upon request and subject to availability, with a free festival ticket of the same category as well as a parking ticket of your choice.
Please note that this offer applies exclusively to festival tickets. Camping and Warm-Up Party tickets are excluded.
If required, accompanying persons can purchase Camping and Warm-Up Party tickets in our ticket shop.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this outdoor location, it is not possible to make all areas fully accessible.
The pathways on the camping grounds are not barrier-free, and only certain sections of the stage area are accessible.
Additionally, the route from the camping areas to the stage area includes a gravel path with a steeper incline.
Throughout the entire festival grounds, dedicated toilets are available at all sanitation stations, some of which can also be locked with a Eurokey. The exact locations will be indicated on our festival map, which will be published shortly before the event.
The festival grounds around the Salzburgring are not fully barrier-free.
The only accessible entrance and access to the festival grounds is exclusively via our CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking.
In this case, access to the festival grounds is possible with a combination of a Festival Pass and CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking.
At the Electric Love Mainstage, a wheelchair platform with a glass front will be set up.
The exact location of the wheelchair platform will be indicated on our festival map, which will be published before the event.

The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights. Hotel packages are available exclusively with an Electric Love 2026 ticket.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking at an ELF Hotel.

The ELF Hotel H+ offers additional specials such as the festival wristband exchange directly at the hotel, a welcome desk, direct access to the free ELF shuttle, and other surprises.
Partner hotels provide comfortable accommodations with free breakfast, but without the extra specials.
The H+ Hotel **** is located directly at Salzburg Main Station. You just need to walk through the station to reach the shuttle, which departs from the back (Lastenstraße) of the station.
The Hyperion Hotel ***** is only a few minutes’ walk from the shuttle.
Hotel Jakob in Fuschl and the Romantik Spa Hotel Elixhauser Wirt do not have direct shuttle connections. However, bus lines 120 and 121 stop in front of the Elixhauser Wirt and will take you to the free ELF shuttle in about 15 minutes.
ELF Hotels cannot be canceled. In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, 100% of the costs will be charged as a cancellation fee. For further questions please contact weare@thetravelbirds.at
Yes, if you want to explore the beautiful city of Salzburg after the Electric Love Festival, you are welcome to extend your stay at your hotel. Please contact weare@thetravelbirds.at for an extension.
